Trikl

Trikl users have the ability to create and share photography/videography contests with their own community, as well as the public Trikl community. Due to the social nature of the app, Trikl allows users to not only share their contests with friends, family, etc. through their other social media platforms, but their individual submissions as well. Contest creators also have the ability to offer prizes for winners of their contests if they so please, which are outside of Trikl’s management/oversight. For example, a contest creator may offer to send a gift basket or another prize to the top contestant. All submissions of a particular contest will be voted on in order to deem who the winning contestants will be. Users will also have the ability to search for contests that they may be interested in by use of a search bar on one of Trikl’s home screens.

Trikl’s contests do not use the element of chance and the winner(s) of a particular contest are selected based on their merit and skill. Each contestant will submit their content in line with a contest theme/description determined by the contest creator. A contest creator also has the ability to add “sponsors” on their contests to promote and increase the amount of contestants that may submit for their contest.
