Using the camera and the GPS on your mobile device, the application allows you to easily report :
• defective streetlights;
• potholes;
• leaking fire hydrants;
• misplaced sewer covers;
• bulky waste collection;
• and any other requests.
Each request is sent to the system of claims and will quickly be taken in charge by municipal employees.
In addition to viewing all claims posted by citizens on a city map, users can track the status of their demands and add information in the listing of their open requests.
