1. FOR ACCURATE RESULTS
Make sure you Update your profile's Starting Odometer to match your Truck's Current Odometer. This app is tailored for a single truck Owner Operators (Class A CDL) operating 18-Wheeler Commercial Trucks.

2. APP SUBMISSIONS
- WHEN YOU COMPLETE A LOAD
- AT THE END OF EACH WORKDAY
After completing a load or at the end of each workday, enter the details into the app. This process teaches you to track every movement of your truck, giving you a clear view of your entire operation. If you discover you've accumulated a loss from any load or from your day's operations, it's crucial to focus on recovering that loss.

3. AFTER EACH LOAD SUBMISSION
- CHECK YOUR PES STATUS;
Your PES (Profitability Evaluation Status)—is the key element to measuring the strength of your operating business, the PES is not your actual profits.

* A NEGATIVE PES STATUS
Indicates you’re ACCUMULATING LOSSES that can harm both your business and personal life—a common issue faced by many today because of poor operating strategies. A Negative PES is displayed in parentheses, for example, (4,730).

* A POSITIVE PES STATUS
The primary goal of using this app as an Owner Operator is to focus on building a Strong Positive PES Status, which Indicates you’re Generating Profits and this is how you IMPROVE YOUR TAKE-HOME PAY.

4. EXPENSE MANAGEMENT

The Profit Analyzer helps you evaluate loads to determine how much you need to earn to clear a profit. It provides an estimated outcome, including the Broker’s Load Rate, Fuel Usage Loss/Gain, and the Recommended (R) Rate. There’s no reason to operate at a loss.

* UNDERSTANDING FUEL USAGE
The Fuel Usage L/G, indicates whether the Owner Operator is using fuel efficiently (G for gain) or inefficiently (L for loss), which directly impacts profit-building.

* KNOWING THE (R)RATE
The Recommended (R) Rate is the minimum needed to generate a profit. This app trains you to exceed it by negotiating better rates with brokers or shippers. The Profit Analyzer helps you identify which (R) Rates to accept for maximum profitability.

Provide your Accountant or Bookkeeper with your Access ID to easily access your revenue and expense records anytime. This ensures you're always prepared for tax time without the last-minute rush.
