1.1 Detailed inspection of the vehicle that being transported.

Allows admin to select special body outlines on the desired parts of any type of the vehicle. When driver will be doing the inspection, this app will show only selected parts that he needs to take pictures of through the app , no pictures could be skipped or forgotten by driver. Admin could select up to 80 pictures of all interior and exterior of the vehicle with damages marks and up to 5 additional per damage pictures. If driver found more damages or imperfections on the vehicle he could take as many as he wants additional pictures.

2.1 Vehicle Strapping and Securing

Allows Admin to select an option for strapping and securing the vehicle. Will freeze the app till this step is not completed. App will ask the driver to take pictures os straps or chains that he or she used to secure the vehicle from shifting. Preferably more text needed

3.1 Company owed equipment P.T.I

Allows Admin to Send P.T.I –( pre-trip inspection) any time or have it automatically multiple times per day , daily, weekly or monthly . App will send notification to the driver about inspection from any desirable time to any desirable time of the day. When driver will ignore the notification by the time window given by admin it will automatically freeze till driver pass is it . Usually 5h pti duration is good . Only an Admin could set up the quantity of inspections pictures. App will show driver what to take pictures of. If Driver selected something that needs to be repaired or needed an attention , the app will freeze in the end of the inspection till admin approves it or company repair the issue.

4.1 List of recommended car hauler shops entered only by companies like you.

As a Car hauler owner I know how frustrating when truck or trailer brakes down in the middle of nowhere. Now we have a solution. All the registed truckonnow company have access to this board with repair shops that they used in the past. This way you have direct recommendation and company revue to help with your break down. And also there is a list of non-trusted truck repairs as well where you can share your bad experience and help other to avoid them. Many repair companies they try to help as best as possible when they hear truck on now, because they know if they provide a bad service they will be non-reputable.

5.1 Proof of delivery

Allows admin to set specific desired delivery pictures after receiver signature. Admin could add any legal documentation for receiver to sign prior leaving and finishing the load.

You can manage all the claims and damages in one simple location , allows you to control and resolve them quick and easy

8.1 Delivery feedback

App will send a delivery feedback to the so admin would know how did the delivery went thru .

9.1 Company Profit vs Expenses chart

Only admin and selected managers could see and use this chart to see how is your company is doing. This chart will calculate all company profits and expenses every week admin will be receiving the full report about the company.
