TSB New Customer Identifier

Our New Customer Identifier allows us to verify your documents and identity to make sure it’s really you who’s applying for a TSB business current account.

*Please only use this app if you have been instructed as part of the online application.

How does it work?
Using the app, you’ll need to take a photo of your ID document (either your passport or driver’s licence) and record a quick selfie so we can match your face with your ID document.. We will then verify this information and update you once it’s done.

What you need to use this app
This app is only for customers who are applying for a business current account with TSB. You’ll need to enter your application ID and registered email to log in.

This app won’t run on a jailbroken handset
When a device is jailbroken, safeguards built into the app are overridden and could leave it more vulnerable to attack by things like malware, putting your data at risk. For this reason, we don't allow our app to run on rooted devices.
