The land and creatures all over Ravenwick have been corrupted and you must help the sorceress defend her Mana Fountain and push back the encroaching mist. It's up to you to build defenses against waves of attacks from the corrupted creatures and help protect the mana Fountain in Blackthorn Hollow.
