How TykVen works?

Each job in the TykVen System goes through five steps to ensure that all tasks and technicians are easily visible, accessible, maintained, and tracked.

Registration
TykVen offers service providers the ability to easily and quickly register requests from clients/customers.

Assignment
Requests assigned to service technicians. 

Acceptance
The Service Technician can accept or reject the assignment. 

Visit
The technician pays a visit to the service location and performs inspection, evaluation, estimation, and repair.

Closure
The technician can complete the job by marking it as completed.
