A simple application that support UAE Stock traders to calculate investment activities
The Trading Calculator page calculates the profit and loss values as a value and percentage. In addition, it calculates the amounts required for the trading, the amount that will be received on sale and commissions as per UAE SCA fees.
The Dividend Calculator page, calculates the annual dividend after capturing investment information. It also calculates the profit margin and initial capital value.
The Loan Calculator calculates the monthly payment for given interest rate, total amounts paid and total interest paid. Moreover it provides an option for Balloon payment calculation as defined period.
