UbiCar: Fair Car Insurance

UbiCar is the app that rewards safe drivers with fairer-priced car insurance for eligible customers.

Think of UbiCar as your silent driving partner. The app measures and scores your driving trips and ranks you on the leaderboard alongside other drivers.

Drivers with good scores for safe driving may earn a fairer-priced insurance quote, according to how they drive. Why should you pay for the mistakes of others?

UbiCar Insurance customers will receive a unique variable premium. This means you will be provided with a base premium and then a minimum and maximum amount you could pay each month, depending on how you drive. Safe driving will be rewarded with lower insurance premiums.

We don’t just offer insurance to good drivers. Every trip logged on your UbiCar app contributes to your balance of UbiCoins, which can be used to enter competitions or buy real items in the UbiStore!

- Receive coins each fortnight according to your Overall, Acceleration, Braking, Cornering, Phone Distraction and Speeding Scores

Note: The UbiCar app uses Location Services. When not driving, it does not use GPS. It uses battery-efficient methods to automatically determine the start of a trip, and stops detailed monitoring soon after a trip ends. The app is aware of your battery life and will not start monitoring a drive if the battery is low. Although the app has been designed to use the phone's sensors in a battery-efficient way, running the app without a charger on long trips may drain the battery.
