Die Applikation ist eine sogenannte „Volunteering-App“, mit der jeder Hilfe anfragen oder anbieten kann. Man könnte auch sagen ugain ist das ‚Uber‘ für Hilfsdienste.
Jeder kann ein eigenes Profil erstellen, womit man eigene Hilfsgesuche (Services) posten, aber auch die Gesuche anderer in der Umgebung sehen kann. Die gegenseitige Kommunikation erfolgt direkt in der App. Egal ob Hilfe beim Umzug, Putzen, Einkaufen benötigt, eine Mitfahrgelegenheit gefragt oder Werkzeug zum Verleih gesucht wird, hierfür ist ugain genau die richtige Plattform.
Die Solidarität in unserem Land hat nun eine Plattform sich so richtig auszuleben.
