CHATFUNCTIES
Unica assist voorziet in zowel individuele als groep chat functies voor tekstcommunicatie met bestandsuitwisseling. Werkt ook in offline ruimtes.

ANNOTATIES
Technici en experts kunnen via een videoverbinding op echte objecten tekenen en schrijven. In ruimtes met een slechte dataverbinding is het mogelijk om op een foto te tekenen of schrijven en deze vervolgens te verzenden.
