UniCo is a social hub for university students, where they can use a range of complementary social features to build and maintain a quality social circle within their university community!
Currently eligible universities: Université de Montréal, McGill University, Concordia University, Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), École de technologie supérieure Montréal (ETS), Polytechnique Montréal (PolyMTL), HEC Montréal.
UniCo's social features
The "Connect" tab:
Start by creating a profile, then connect with other students using our search system by name, keywords, and comprehensive filters!
The "Campus" tab:
Whether it’s posts or events, you can view all the relevant information about your university community in one feed! Additionally, you can create posts and events across universities and even see the participants in these events!
The "Associations" tab:
Find all your associations and groups in one app, intuitively! Join them to see their updates. Additionally, you can create a new university group at any time and invite other students to join!
The "Groups" tab:
Create and join discussion groups for your current courses, and invite your classmates to join. Additionally, view shared documents from the last session in these discussion groups!
The "Messages" tab:
If you find a student profile you’d like to contact, feel free to do so. You don’t need to ask to be added or follow someone to send a message; everyone is reachable at any time. Of course, you can always limit who can contact you via your account settings.
How does it work?
Step 1: Download the app.
Step 2: Create an account and a profile.
Step 3: Connect with other students.
Step 4: Join or create your associations, groups, and course discussion groups.
Step 5: Check out recent posts and events from your university community.
Step 6: Share updates and participate in discussions!
