Uniphy : Overview your life

Uniphy is the first app of its kind: An app that supports behavioral change through introspection on well-being.

The idea is simple, instead of tracking your habits, like is currently the trend, Uniphy let's you track your well-being, as well as the most crucial patterns of your life.



The core function of Uniphy, the balance score, gives you an assessement of your overall well-being according to what we call the 6 Pillars of well-being :
Sleep, Nutrition, Physical activity, social activity, Self-time, and Self-Evaluation.



You can also use the daily planer, a feature which helps you plan your days and remember important activities you want or need to get done.

Furthermore, the app is based on behavioral change theory and includes concepts like the "Big 6" (core pillars for mental health and mood), introduced by Andrew Hubermann (a worldwide known and respected Neuroscientist) who has spent years researching the main factors influencing well-being.
