Share you private taxi or hire car jobs in Australia. This app is currently intended for Australian commercial accredited driver to share their private work among different taxi groups. The proof of valid accreditation will be required.
Enter the details of passenger in the app and let the app do rest for you. You will be notified in the app when the job has been allocated to a driver, when a passenger is picked up and when the passenger is dropped off.
Share your personal jobs in the groups with all the necessary options such as timing, car body type, colour type, account job, bonus amount, fix amount job, or silver service etc. You can also write instructions if any. You will know as soon as you will dispatch the job if there are any cars available in the area for that group. The complete information will be hidden from everyone and only the name of suburb will be shown to the group members. The complete details will only be shared with the winner of the job. One click message to share driver's information with client.
In case of job recall, the penalties will be applied to the driver's account and job will re-dispatched automatically. In case of "No Job" you will be notified and given a one click re-dispatched option for false no jobs.
You can book job for "Ready Now", "Quick Car" and "Advance booking" (up to two days in advance).
The famous taxi point system is implemented in the app. You gain points for dispatching and lose on completing a job. The admin of the group can change the points according to the group rules. The "No Point deduction", "Bonus point" and "Priority" will automatically be given to the jobs for timely allocation.The penalties for recall will also be applied automatically. Admin can also block or add new driver from the admin panel.
The admin can find more drivers in the admin panel and sort them according to the vehicle type or name and invite them to join the group. Similarly, drivers can also find new groups and send the membership request to their respective admins. There is no limit on how many taxi drivers you can have in the group.
You can be a part of different taxi groups. You don't have to remember your points any more. You will be getting all the jobs on a single page. You can bid on more than one job at a time. You will only be allocated one job if you win any bid.
There are independent chat rooms for each group members. You can share and receive important information in the chat rooms.
We will require you to grant contact information permission in the app if you want to pick client name and contact number from you phone contact list. You can also type it in manually. We also require you to grant us location and battery optimisation permission so that your location can be updated even the app is in the background. This may drain you battery faster.
Each group has different booking fees on jobs that will be charged to the drivers who will complete those jobs. Once you joined this app you will automatically be a part of "Global" group. It will charge a flat 2 AUD flat fee for each job successfully dispatched and completed by a driver.
The booking fee can be a fixed amount or it can be a percentage of the fare amount. The member can read the booking charges on the join group page before joining the group. Each group may charge different percentage such as 10% of the fare amount. This percentage can further be divided between group admin, unity app, and the dispatcher who shares the private job.
Dispatcher can earn by dispatching the job in the group where the earning percentage is advertised. Please note that the earning amount will always be less than the booking fee because charges will also be paid to admin of the group and the unity ride app.
You can check your transaction statement in the app with itemised earning and fees with the total balance.
