Upsaint

We started UPSAINT while working together in a stuffy office selling software to marketers. The vibe in the office was drier than leftover Thanksgiving turkey. To kill time, we always talked about clothing, complaining about the discomfort and lack of personality in menswear – we wanted cool shirts that you can wear in the office or navigating a day at the beach.

Our fashion sense couldn't be more different. One of us loves fashion and living for a cause, and one is a conservationist who prioritizes utilitarian comfort for an active lifestyle. One thing we agreed on was a mutual love of turtles. So we put our heads together to create an apparel line that’s fashionable, functional, and sustainable – you know, for the turtles.

Thus, UPSAINT was born! UPSAINT is a company that not only provides prides itself on making fashion forward apparel with a purpose – cleaning our oceans to give baby turtles a clean ocean to grow old in. Each shirt is made from recycled plastic water bottles to reduce plastic waste. The buttons are crafted from coconut shells instead of the standard plastic buttons that are on virtually every other button down shirt on the market. A shirt that makes you look good and feel good.

6 of the 7 species of sea turtles are considered threatened or endangered and it's due to human action and our dependency on plastic. Plastic that unfortunately, makes its way back to the ocean. That’s why every UPSAINT shirt is made from recycled plastic and produced with sustainable materials to keep both you and the turtles at the top of your game.
