With Urban Arrow Connected you protect your Urban Arrow cargo bike against theft. Urban Arrow Connected consists of two components. The Connected GPS+ module and the Urban Arrow app.

The Connected GPS+ module is available as an accessory for Urban Arrow cargo bikes built from 2019 onwards. Don't have a Connected GPS+ module in your Urban Arrow yet? Then ask your nearest Urban Arrow dealer about the installation options.

The Connected GPS+ module can only be installed in your Urban Arrow by an official Urban Arrow dealer. Once the Connected GPS+ module is built-in you can connect your cargo bike and smartphone using this Urban Arrow smartphone app.

When you’ve installed both the Connected GPS+ module in your Urban Arrow and this app on your smartphone you can insure your bike. This is done with a special Urban Arrow Connected insurance, for now these policies are exclusively available in the Netherlands. Current Connected insurance partners are ANWB Unigarant, ENRA or Kingpolis. This gives you maximum security!

Why insure? With Urban Arrow Connected, in addition to roadside assistance and a nice discount on the cost of your insurance policy, the insurer can offer you a recovery service in case of theft.

Important! A significant part of the functionality of this app only works in combination with the Connected GPS+ module. In addition, a third-party insurance policy is required for roadside assistance and recovery service in case of theft. Urban Arrow does not offer this insurance.
