租借流程：
1. 註冊會員：下載 App、填寫資料，後台將審核您的騎乘資格。
2. 開始租賃：開啟UrDa App 點選想要租用之附近站點車輛，抵達站點位
置，使用App啟動車輛，無須再按任何開關，即可立即出發。
3. 付款還車：抵達目的站點後，將機車停好插上充電線充電，開啟 App 進行還車及扣款。
