Users of the app can view all nearby vehicles, and select their route and then they can walk to the nearest stop using the map within the app.
As part of the high service standards of products, Best Western also has a feedback screen, where users can send in their compliment, suggestions, and queries.
Users are able to see their driver profile, the vehicle number, and a driver picture so that they have a sense of familiarity even before boarding the shuttle.
