Vapotherm Access

Vapotherm Access can help you track your daily respiratory symptoms, identify changes from your typical symptoms, and receive prompt feedback from a health care provider to help prevent those changes from worsening early on.

The Vapotherm Access App allows patients to:
- Track daily respiratory symptoms
- Identify symptom changes and trends
- Obtain feedback from a health care provider
- Contact a nurse with questions or for additional support
- Learn when symptom changes may need medical attention
- Understand when symptoms are not well managed to seek support from a health care provider



Each day you’ll record your respiratory symptoms by answering a few simple questions and taking a quick measurement with a Bluetooth device. The platform is simple to use and includes access to health coordinators and nurses by phone 365 days a year.



Vapotherm Access learns from your initial and ongoing submissions what your personalized typical symptoms are. Once we have enough submissions to form a baseline for you, the application will provide feedback to you, and in approved cases your health care providers, so informed decisions can be made about your care.



Vapotherm Access offers two forms of respiratory care under one platform.

- Post-Care is a short-term respiratory monitoring and nurse call service that helps you manage your symptoms as you transition back to your home after leaving the hospital

- 365 is a long-term respiratory monitoring and nurse call service that helps you manage your symptoms from home every day of the year.
