Michael Vargus became a personal trainer because exercise and athletics literally changed his life. As a young child I was overweight and I had incredibly low self-esteem. Michael started playing organized sports as a teenager and it changed his life. Before he knew it, the kid who would do anything to get out of gym class, became the kid playing sports and was always active. Michael fell in love with sports so it forced him to move and changing his lifestyle was the best thing that he ever did for himself. Michael became a personal trainer to share his life of movement with anyone who is ready to make a positive change.
