Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Financial analysis always uses fixed rate. This app allows user to change interest rate/cost of capital for any given year.
Interest rates/capital costs are compounded monthly and are not fixed. This is to better reflect the dynamic nature of finance.
At the final estimator view, users can quickly change cash flows and/or interest rate to see the effect it will have on the final computed DCF value.
