In order to protect our cleaners, Vaskehjelp makes sure that all work carried out through the app is legal and safe – meaning all work complies to the minimum wage and includes tax. In doing so, work carried out through the app is also insured through If Insurance, making it safe and worry-free for both parties.

As a customer:
No matter if you are looking for a weekly clean, spring or Christmas cleaning or any cleaning at that – it is easy to order through Vaskehjelp. After registering, you will get an overview of all the cleaners in your area and can then decide who you would like as a cleaner. Criteria such as price, customer reviews, availability are all visible. When paying through the app you are also making sure the job is legal.

As a cleaner:
You can decide yourself how much you want to work and which days. Vaskehjelp not only offers cleaners access to more jobs but also good marketing, safety and follow-up. In addition, the app guarantees minimum wage according to Norwegian tariff. You won’t need to add VAT when deciding your price, as we add it after. Once you have registered yourself, you will be sent all necessary information to get started.

How does it work?:
You simply register, and then log in as either a cleaner or a customer. When you register as a customer you will find the perfect cleaner based on price, info, how many cleaning jobs they have taken and their rating, with just a few clicks.
Customers and cleaners can easily communicate, regardless of language, through the chat function. You will also get notifications once the cleaning is complete.
