What is it?

Vchanic is a new hub of advanced auto service, auto repair, and vehicle maintenance service providers in Qatar. It lets you connect with a large network of car service providers instantly at the click of a button. Whether you are at home, at work, or in the middle of nowhere, the app lets you find the garage and service provider so you can get your car fixed in the minimum amount of time.

The usage of this app is not restricted to car owners only, but garage owners and auto repair shops can also list their garages and the services they provide to connect with potential customers.


How does the app work?

For Vehicle Owners:

We have made it easier for our first time users. You do not need to log in to browse through the list of garages. However, if you do wish to seek any of the services, you will need to register.

Step1
Registering with VChanic is very easy. Simply add your basic contact details to save your car information in the system linked to your account for repeated usage.

Step 2
Enter your car information and submit your request.

Step 3
Garages will respond to you with the initial price for your issue.

Step 4
Once you accept, you can go to the selected garage for the inspection.

Step 5
After the initial inspection, the garage will let you know how much the final price will be. Upon your acceptance, the service providers will have your car fixed immediately.

For Garage Owners:

Step 1
Register with your personal or business contact details and personalize your page by adding pictures of your garage and the logo of your brand.

Step 2
Write a short but compelling statement about your garage that will serve to attract potential customers.

Step 3
Select your exact location and will contact you for further procedure.


What happens once the request is lodged?

Once you book a car repair service online via our app, you will be contacted with information about any critical issues and quotations by the service provider through the app, and the work will not begin until your approval is received. After the local repairs are made, your vehicle is ready to be collected.

How are users benefitted?

-The app is available in two languages commonly spoken in the Qatari region: English and Arabic.

-It can be used by both automobile owners and garage owners to guarantee exposure.

-You can add and save information about more than one vehicle, for example, you can list the car information for all the members living in a house. This makes requesting service for each car easier.

-The common services offered are
-Mechanic
-Electrician
-Auto Denting
-Car Modification
-Regular Maintenance
-Car Accidents
-Others
However, you can list any other service under “others” and provide a description of it.

-We do not have a limit on how many services you wish to seek. Therefore, you can request more than one service at a time.

-Once the request is lodged, the app lets you edit your request if you want to make any changes to it. You can also choose to permanently delete your request.

-At the selection page, under each garage is a customary 5-star review system, which proves our dedication to directing customers to the most fitting garage for them. You can also contribute by guiding the community and leaving a review on the quality of services received by your chosen garage.
