Vecinos+

Vecinos + is application is exclusively for residents of the Los Monasterios, Alfinach and Monte Picaio neighborhoods and their guests. App is non-commercial and does not process payments. Any arrangements or compensation are made directly between residents.

Access is invitation-only. The trust code is distributed offline by the App Ambassadors to verified households. Users without a valid code cannot complete registration.
Available in English, Spanish, and Polish, with content moderated by the community administrators.

Residents use it to coordinate daily life: buy and sell within the Garage Sales module, organise sport and social activities, request teen and professional services, follow public events, and stay connected through private chats. Only invited neighbours can join; a valid trust code issued by your homeowners’ association or community manager is required to activate a profile.

Key features and real-world functionality

- Garage Sales: list items, share photos, negotiate with neighbours, and mark items as sold in real time.
- Social & Public Events: create gatherings, RSVP, track attendance, and open discussion threads for each event.
- Sport Events: schedule padel or tennis matches, manage waiting lists, register external guests, and export events to your calendar.
- Teen Services: parents coordinate age-appropriate neighbourhood tasks, with optional compensation agreed directly between adults.
- Professional Services: promote licensed local businesses, with profiles editable by the providers themselves.
- Chat: one-to-one or small group messaging, unread badges on the navigation bar, and push notifications for new replies.
