Vedrick L. Dunbar, Licensed Realtor, is well versed in all things related to Jacksonville. He was born locally at St. Vincent Hospital. Growing up on the north side of Jacksonville, taught Vedrick many life lessons at an early age. He is a proud member of the Raines High School Alumni. Later, he continued his education at FSCJ (Formally FCCJ) where he achieved a degree in Cosmetology and Barbering.

Vedrick has always been highly driven and self-motivated. Thriving on personal goals and accomplishments, it was no surprise when he opened up his own salon in 2010. In that same year, he discovered a passion for real estate and started buying his own personal investment properties here in the Jacksonville area.

Participating in community service is close to Vedrick’s heart. Being from the inner-city of Jacksonville, he understands the need for strong, positive male influences in the community. So anytime he is able to lend a helping hand or offer his services for a great cause, he is ALL IN! He frequently offers complimentary back-to-school haircuts. He has also participated in Career Day events, by being a motivational speaker to young adults aspiring to become Barbers and Cosmetologists.

Outside of community service, Vedrick enjoys playing basketball in organized city leagues, reading educational materials, enjoying local art shows, and most importantly, living a healthy lifestyle.

Vedrick has realized that the same drive that he utilizes to educate and mentor our youth, has flourished into the desire to help others learn and experience real estate investing, acquire long term financial freedom, and achieve the ULTIMATE life goal, The American Dream of HOME OWNERSHIP!!!!
