V&M is the retail, direct to home, next day delivery grocery shopping service from the Westcountry Group, the South West’s oldest and largest independent speciality food wholesaler. The APP will enable us to share and deliver our produce to local consumers, at home. We will also provide a convenient same day order collection and delivery service.

By shopping with V&M, our retail customers are now able to gain direct access to the same uniquely high-quality fresh produce that we have always supplied to our traditional customers, Cornwall and Devon’s leading professional chefs and restauranteurs.


Through the development of this dedicated APP we will be able to provide customers with a simple and easy to use transactional ordering platform that can prompt the user with same day delivery round ordering options. We will be able to send messages to customers who register and request notifications for same day deliveries slots into their area.



Customers will be able to respond to the prompt by either replying and requesting a call from our team to take an order over the phone or clicking a link through to the APP where they can confirm the delivery round they want to request and place an order from our shop/their regular items/favourites etc.



We will market the service through leaflet and digital marketing. Customers will be able to download the APP from QR codes provided on leaflets or simply respond to our marketing by calling our team and registering as a customer.
