The vision of the Vereinsheim is to enable clubs and leisure groups to have their own club app in a quick and uncomplicated way. With this own club app, digitization is to continue to find its way into the club and club life is to be enriched with modern mediums.

In addition to the main purpose of the club such as playing sports or making music, a digital community is created in which every member can participate.

The Vereinsheim app is specially geared towards the needs and processes in clubs. The club can customize the design and content of its club app and use it according to its needs. The Vereinsheim app works without the usage of personal data. In order to increase the use of the app and to make communication with members more effective, it is possible to use personal data. In no case is it necessary to enter sensitive personal data. We explicitly refuse to receive such data.

• The Vereinsheim app requires the following permissions: Internet access / determine network status / receive push notifications.

• An active internet connection is required to keep the contents of your clubs up to date. You can decide by yourself how and when to update the content. When using the mobile functions of the device (Internet, telephone, SMS, ...), individual costs may arise. You are responsible for all data tariffs of your provider as well as all other costs associated with your use of the Vereinsheim app.

PRIVACY POLICY:
The Vereinsheim app does not track, trace or profile. The Vereinsheim app does not have access to contact details in the address book, calendar entries, call lists or messages. Data such as IP addresses, device or SIM IDs, the name of your smartphone or tablet, location data, data for biometric identification processes or information on app usage are neither collected nor stored.

Personal data is neither collected nor read out while using the Vereinsheim app. Depending on how your club decides, the content of your club app may contain personal data. These are personal master data such as surname and first name, communication data such as telephone number or email address, as well as content data such as text entries, photographs, videos or PDF documents. This data is not recorded within the Vereinsheim app, but in the associated backend. All content data is transferred to the Vereinsheim app via an encrypted connection and stored in the protected app area of ​​the device.
