Ålands Verification App is used by Ålands Parliament electors to validate their vote intentions were correctly stored using the Ålands Online Voting platform.
To start the process scan the QR code received right after voting. The Ålands Verification App will automatically load the Suomi Authentication system to log in the app.
Once logged in, the Ålands Verification app will locally decrypt and display the content of the vote without compromising voter's privacy.
The verification process is only allowed during 60 minutes after casting the vote and only two times.
