Verily Connect is an app aimed at assisting people who care for loved ones living with dementia, with the goal in mind of creating dementia-friendly communities throughout rural townships in Australia. The app includes a series of informative guides focused on topics carers will find useful at different stages of their caring journey. Also included are local community resource listings and recommendations for further information on a variety of caring relevant topics.

Verily Connect has been developed as part of a research project lead by La Trobe University, in partnership with Swinburne University, Flinders University, University of Newcastle, and University of Saskatchewan (Canada). Community specific resource information will initially be available for 12 rural communities across Victoria, South Australia and New South Wales.
