How does the app protect you?

1. LET'S SAY YOU ARE USER WHO CALLS YOUR BANK OR MAYBE YOUR PHONE COMPANY. The company asks you some security questions to verify your identity, you answer these questions correctly and you are offered service. Now what happens if you forget those security questions or if someone else gains access to them? It means that person can impersonate you and steal your identity right?

2. THIS IS WHERE VeriSelf COMES TO PLAY. Now let's assume you call your bank and they ask you these same security questions but they also require you to verify yourself using the VeriSelf app. The company sends a verification request to you, and that request shows up on your app, you can then tap on it within the app and do a verification. If you are the same person that created the profile, your verification will be successful and the company will see that in realtime. If you are not the owner of the account, your verification will fail and you will not be able to gain access.
