With an ever-expanding number of contacts, friends, and family to keep informed, a change in your contact information leads to the daunting task of relaying the changes to lots of people. Via is simple in that it negates the dread of having to notify thousands of people of a change in phone number, email, or home address. Via account holders will be able to quickly and easily enter in updated information, and have it change in other members’ native contact books. Via is the app to use when updating contact information—for you and your friends.

Contact Information Change
• With Via, users can easily notify friends or other users of a change in phone number, email, social media username, or home address.
• The newly changed information will be downloaded into the contact information of other Via users automatically, and if they aren’t users, the information will be sent to them through a server based text message or email.
• Via allows for new contact additions to be made through username, entering in contact information, or through scanning of the VCode.
• The option to make custom contact groups as well as Public and Private ones gives users complete control over how much other Via users can access.

Stay Safe
• Provide information that you are comfortable with and revoke it just as quickly; Via users have complete control over what can be accessed by other users.
• You choose how much information you give to each specific user, for example, you can give your boss work email address and give your friends more personal contact details
• Backup contact information to help in retrieval when contacts are lost.
• We email you a backup of you contact book as often as you choose to create one

VCode
• The VCode is a QR code that allows users to add new contacts without manually entering in information.
• Through the camera, the code can be scanned from another device or on any printed material.
Businesses or individuals can quickly and easily provide and receive contact information from possible clients.
