[Trouble Shooting]
If your iPhone doesn't vibrate, check your iPhone's Setting.

Settings > Sounds & Haptics > Vibrate

If you turn off the both of "Vibrate on Ring" and "Vibrate on Silent", your iPhone doesn't vibrate.
Please turn on them.
