What is it about?
MVB Wireline application is the Mobile version of the Web Self Care portal built for Vodafone's Enterprise Customer. The user will be able to log in with their existing credentials of Web Self Care Portal and can view Circkit Details, Trouble Ticket details, Update Customer Profile, View Escalation Matrix, Provide CSAT Rating. Major advantage for the end user is that they can create a Trouble Ticket through mobile apps for faster resolution and can take same till closure. He can view 7 days Trouble Ticket history in Mobile App (7 day span) irrespective of the start date selection. . Also CSAT Rating through mobile app will improve customer experience with Vodafone and will give more data on time to address and fix customer concern.
