Just login to the app when it is time for the meeting and the doctor or psychologist will connect to you in a video call at the scheduled time. Now you don’t have to take time off from work to get a prescription or a diagnosis. The doctor keeps a medical record of the visit as usual and sensitive information is not handled in our system, but in the EMR-system of the healthcare professional. The video call is encrypted and secure.

You will receive a confirmation by mail or message to remind you of the meeting you have booked.
Make a call
- Login to the app a while before the meeting starts
- Click on the meeting to connect
- Wait for the call. You will be notified by push-notice when the healthcare professional connects.
