Vikray is a Hyperlocal marketplace for Retail stores and Restaurants. If you own or run a business such as Kirana Store, Supermarket, Restaurant, or any other eligible retail establishment, you can list your store on Vikray.
By getting your store listed on Vikray, you can serve your existing customers and as well as reach new potential customers in the city.

How do you Join Vikray?
It is very easy to join and publish your store on Vikray, All you need is basic details of yourself and your Business - Name, Contact number, Email, Store name, Store Address. You can Sign-in by using your mobile number and OTP or your Google email account.

After your store is approved. You can start selling in minutes!

How does it work?
Once your store is approved, our onboarding team will complete the process by adding Products to your online store with your help.

How to use the app?
Orders Tab
New Orders appear in the orders tab. Order details can be viewed before accepting or declining orders. Orders are sorted by various order statuses.
Sellers can chat with or call customers.

Store Tab
Product management: Products can be hidden from the store, Product inventory can be updated and Discount prices can be changed with a few clicks.

Coupon Management: Coupon creation takes less than a minute. Sellers can create coupons, particularly for their own stores.

Announcements: One-line announcements can be created to be displayed on the store-front. Offers and coupons can be announced.

Banners: Banners can be uploaded to be displayed on the store-front.

Messages Tab
Sellers can Chat with customers and Support.

Passbook Tab
Payment Summary of all Delivered orders is available for a quick overview. Details of additions and deduction of amounts against order ID is available for viewing.

Business owners can take their stores online to cater to existing customers by delivering orders and allowing pickup for Better Customer Experience.
