The VIP Roaming app for VIP customers provides you and your users with a portal and approval process to see to their bundles when traveling the world.

• Upload and submit Roaming Requests for review with your line-manager.

When you submit a roaming request, you may need approval from your line-manager prior to the request being sent for review by VIP. Make sure before you travel that you have arranged enough time for your manager to browse and confirm your request.

• Monitor and Update Roaming Requests.

Roaming requests can be viewed from the submitted roaming requests page. If you are a line manager you will be able to review, edit and approve requests through the app for your users.

• See the status of your Roaming application in-app or online.

You can monitor the status of your roaming request any-time using the app and dashboard.
