This mobile app focuses on CRM and Sales functionality. The app has been designed for existing VISCO customers to take advantage of various sales activities against their live VISCO data while "on the go." Base modules in the app include CRM with Inquiries and Quotes, Sales Orders and Inventory Lookup, but more modules can be added by request. The possibilities are endless!
Base Functionality includes:
CRM Module
Ability to View/Edit existing Customers basic information: Default Sales Rep, Address, Phone, Fax, Email etc.
Ability to Add New Customers
Ability to View Order History from Customer screen
View history of all quotes that that Customer
View History of all sales Activities related to that Customer
Ability to Search for any active Customer
Email and Call Customer directly from the app and have these activities tracked within the Customer Account
Ability to add new Customer inquiries and see a history of all sales activities with existing Customers
Ability to create Customer Quotes
Ability to see history of all Quotes associated with a Customer
Ability to Create new Sales Orders
Ability to Edit existing Sales Orders that are not yet issued
Ability to Search for any not yet issued Sales Order
Have new mobile orders automatically emailed to management or back office for approval and processing
Lookup Inventory availability on any products that you buy and sell
Ability to View/Edit existing Product information: Id, Name, Product Details
Lookup Pricing Information and have pricing calculate automatically when orders are placed
Ability to Add New Products
Ability to Search for any active Product
