Vishaka is a platform which simplifies the “Sexual Harassment at workplace for women Act 2013” and converts theory to execution. Inspired by the Digital India movement, Vishaka is one digital solution for employers, employees & districts to be harnessed for effective compliance and creating safe workplaces for women. Vishaka simplifies the law for the employer by ICC formation, enabling time boxed resolution of complaints, training and annual report filing to district etc.

Vishaka app is extension of the above platform to give anytime capability to employees to raise concerns regarding sexual harassment at their workplaces. Some of the standout features are:
