App Store Description
Organisations can use VisualOps to collaborate in real time. Collaboration includes real time chat, but also "ideas" can be created which use "sequences" to turn them into "actions".
An example is a hospital in California which uses VisualOps to manage external communication to the outside world. On the platform, people can upload a PDF, chat about it and then "OWN" it ready to post it to an external source. Once they "OWN" it they then work on it and click "COMPLETE" to signal that the action is complete.
When the idea is Owned, it appears on a timeline that can be used to track this information.
Other examples are https://beattheblaze.live, https://chatspaces.live and https://globalresponse.live which show data in realtime. The first 2 have information sourced from Twitter and in the last one the platform is used to type "Events" in and they appear.
The "sequences" that are used to action ideas are created in a programming language called "f(lo)" which is a functional programming language expressed in JSON and contains the visual elements like Buttons, Text Entry, Checkboxes etc.
If you would like to participate, send an email to admin@visualops.com and tell us a little about what you think we can help you with and we will set you up with software to run on a raspberry pi as a server and instructions on how to administer it etc.
