VivaSpot Business

VivaSpot Business provides operational and management support for businesses using the VivaSpot Intelligent WiFi solution. VivaSpot Intelligent WiFi provides a turn-key automated marketing solution allowing Businesses to gain insights and value while offering free WiFi to their customers.

The VivaSpot Business app operates in two distinct modes: Staff Mode and Admin Mode as further described below.

Staff Mode - In Staff Mode, the VivaSpot Business app acts primarily as a QR scanner to scan discounts, rewards, and incentives created by the VivaSpot system.

This mode allows staff to:

• Scan VivaSpot QR Codes
• Enter order number or Order ID (optional for internal tracking)
• Enter order total in dollars (optional for better tracking and value attribution)
• Receive a VivaSpot confirmation code (if needed internally on bill)
• View basic customer profile and redemption history to strengthen relationships

Admin Mode - In Admin Mode, the VivaSpot Business app provides all the capabilities of Staff Mode but also includes viewer access to the businesses VivaSpot Portal allowing business owners and managers to view valuable information on the move.

In addition to the Staff Mode list above, Admin mode also allows authorized personnel to:

• View VivaSpot Dashboard
• View VivaSpot Analytics
• View Customer list & history
• View Feedback history


The VivaSpot Business app opens and operates in the mode that is authorized by the user's login credentials.
