Vocab Maestro

Vocab Maestro is a foreign language vocabulary memorisation tool. You can use a variety of activities to master thousands of words from hundreds of wordlists organised into topics. Learn nouns, verbs, adjectives and phrases about people, food, clothing, health, homes, entertainment, sports, travel, nature, and much more!

You may quickly learn to recognise foreign words, both written and spoken.

Use reading activities to match written words in the foreign language with the translation in your native language.

Your device's text-to-speech facility is used to speak the foreign words so that you can learn to recognise them from how they sound.

You can also learn to spell the foreign words accurately in writing activities.

You control how quickly you need to give answers, and how many times to get each word correct to complete an activity.

You are in complete control of which wordlists you study and when, and which activities you use - there is no preset course. The app records and displays your progress with each wordlist, and can prompt you to review them after an appropriate interval to help you revise and retain what you have learned.

The app is free to use, contains no advertising, and comes bundled with over 500 words. Additional modules for each language organised by theme can be purchased in-app, for a small one-time payment. Each module adds another several hundred words to learn. There are no recurring subscription charges!
