Vocabulary builder Lexibit
What is it about?
Offline flashcards for learning English vocabulary.
App Store Description
Offline flashcards for learning English vocabulary.
The app allows you to easily expand your vocabulary. If you come across a new word while reading, listening or watching, the app will translate it for you straight away and if it makes sense to you, mark it for learning in the form of flashcards. This is an effective way to expand your vocabulary.
Look up words in the offline English dictionary and mark it for learning. The words are then offered to you in flashcards every day on the learning screen, where you decide how much you already know them. The better you know the word, the less often the flashcard will be offered to you.
If you have any words left to learn that day, notifications in the morning, at noon and in the evening will remind you to look them up.
There is a detail screen for the words, where you can find their meaning and pronunciation in British English and American English. You can also view the word on the Cambridge Dictionary website.
The statistics screen gives you a clear overview of how your learning is going. How the progress goes in time. Which days are completed. When you started learning, when you last practiced, and when your next learning session is due.
The settings screen allows you to switch to dark mode. If you haven't enabled notifications, you can also enable them here.
