The Votie Admin App has been developed to provide lightning fast results to Votie operators. All the power of our online portal in your pocket. Instant access to customer opinions, and even the ability to seamlessly respond to customers right from their responses.

Functionality:

When a user logs in they can select a date range to view the collected results in that timeframe.

They can explore the timeline to see results over a period of time.

They can click on a Venue or Brand to see the results filtered.

They can click on a result to see more details about the collected result from the customer.

They can quickly click on the link to SMS, call, or email the customer directly from the app when a request for callback is chosen.



- Who is the target audience?
The target Audience for the Votie Admin App is anyone who would be a viewer of results from our web portal. Today results can already view the results by logging in from any web browser and this App provides an alternate way to view directly from their phone.

- Does your app access any paid content or services?
The simply acts as a viewer for results collected from the Votie platform. Votie sells a platform that enables retailers and restaurants to generate QR codes for people to submit their feedback. The free Votie web portal(through browser) and free Admin app is just a viewer to see those results.

- What are the paid content or services, and what are the costs?
There is no paid content on the app. The service Votie provides our customers is the Votie platform that creates unique QR codes, and allows them to ask their customers questions to collect feedback. We do not charge them to view the results and they can already do this without the App by simply logging into the customer portal. The App was designed to give them an additional way if they choose to view the results.

- Do individual customers pay for the content or services?
No, normally the parent company pays for the Votie platform and individual user simply view the results.

- If no, does a company or organization pay for the content or services?
The parent company for example the restaurant brand would pay for the Votie platform that collects data, but end users simply use the app to view results as an alternative to logging in through a web browser like safari.

- Where do they pay, and what's the payment method?
Parent companies pay Votie for the platform by issuing us a purchase order and typically this the platform is paid by either cheque or electronic transfer.

- If users create an account to use your app, are there fees involved?
No, there is no fees for the viewer account.

- How do users obtain an account?
The parent account creates free viewer accounts from the Votie portal for the respective locations and assigns them to the local people that would like to view the results.
