VouchedTM

VouchedTM is your handy assistant when buying items you see in the marketplace of your favorite social media app. With VouchedTM you can be certain that you are only dealing with verified sellers and buyers of the VouchedTM community.

Members are verified through the nearby connectivity features of mobile phones. Connect to a wifi, press Ask for a Vouch then ask a verified member to give you his/her vouch through their own app connected to the same wifi. You can also get verified by scanning a valid ID(Philippines) or asking for a vouch code. Once verified, you can start selling or receive offers.

As a consignor, look for your buyer, list your item, quantity, description and price. Add a picture of the item. State how you want to get paid. Review the fees and total amount as well Upon submission, your item is now consigned to VouchedTM and immediately offered to the buyer.

As the buyer, receive the notification of the offer, review and accept. You will be then asked to select how you want to pay for the item. Attach the proof of payment (which you paid using the app of that chosen payment mode) We check your payment and when verified, will send a start delivery advice to the seller.

Seller ships the item. Tracking is done during that delivery service's own app outside of VouchedTM (no location data used in our app) Once item is received, buyer initiates the transfer of payment via our app. This is reviewed and payment is remitted.

Buyer and Seller exchange ratings. They can also earn points for this transaction.

If anything goes wrong in the transaction, a refund can be initiated.

There is also a direct-to-seller mode that has no fees involved and uses only the points previously earned. There is no intervention by VouchedTM and only provides item/shipping information, as well as how seller wants to receive payment for the sale.

There is also a chat facility that can be used to communicate with your buyer/seller as well as send feedback to the VouchedTM admins.

And finally a simple collection tool where you can list items that you intend to sell in the future. Items listed are made available when you try to create a sale
