Cost- Effective App that protects the AC System from the repair due to the AC Filter not being changed monthly. This app will track and give monthly remainders to the tenant to change the filter. The AC Filters app allows the tenant to take a picture of the AC Filter and uses GPS, date and time to verify from where and when the AC Filter has been changed. The app will keep a history of every property. If a repair is caused by the tenant not changing the filter, the tenant will be responsible for the repair.
User Friendly App – Very easy to create account, set up your Management company account and start making your tenants responsible for the place they are calling home.
Reminders and Task Completion – Tasks are sent out automatically to the tenants via email and app reminders every 1st of the month. Tenants will have 10 days to complete the reminder/task. After 10 days the task will lock and will be considered incomplete.
