Perhaps the background noise of the event is making it difficult, or perhaps our hearing is not what it once was. Regardless of the reason our mobile app and the corresponding REACH service is here to help.

This app used in conjunction with the VZP REACH web platform provides real-time captions for LIVE events, such as; Business meetings, Sporting events, and classrooms. Our application and service are designed to provide an easy to use mechanism for participants to keep up with activities within an event in real time as it progresses.

Depending on the event organizer's configuration our service will leverage a Human Stenographer, or any one of multiple Artificial Intelligence services, or a combination of any of these options, to provide the textual representation of everything being spoken during an event.

Our app provides a very user-friendly and simple interface to help you get to the event information quickly and to ensure it is displayed in the most helpful format to meet your needs. Simply open the app, enter the event ID you have been provided and enjoy!
