WACA HSEQ

This app was developed using a grant from SHIP. SHIP is a grant program under the Division of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) within the Department of Labor & Industries. SHIP funds Safety & Health (S&H) ideas that prevent workplace injuries, illnesses, and fatalities, and projects for developing and implementing an effective and innovative Return-to-Work (RTW) program for injured workers.

The app is a Safety Reporting System developed in partnership with the Washington Aggregates & Concrete Association. The association is a non-profit industry trade association representing sand, gravel, quarry rock, cement, ready mix concrete, related businesses and suppliers in Washington State. The app can be used free of charge for all members in the association and give users the options to select languages, add pictures and other aids to promote SAW/RTW activities for employees of all language and English reading levels to allow them to perform productive tasks and remain working.
