HELP DESK uses the built-in camera and establishes a direct voice connection to the Waldmann service team. The live image function can help can to solve specific issues from a distance.

Encrypted data transmission.

HELP DESK transfers the image and voice data securely via an encrypted connection. As a result, the support is also available for the Waldmann medical products.
