Walk Derbyshire

The Walk Derbyshire app is a free community-led tool, helping you find and explore local green spaces and short walks in your neighbourhood. The aim is that people can directly contribute to the content on the app by sharing their own local walks and green spaces - as we know, you know your area the best.

Find out about walks in different places with interesting facts and photos. Use the interactive map to find places to walk and to help you find your way along your walk. Record your favourites and mark where you've been on the checklist.

You can filter the locations by category, such as parks, heritage locations, canals or rivers, trails, nature reserves and woodlands.

At Walk Derbyshire, we want to make every day walking the norm across the county. We want more people to enjoy walking and its benefits.
