Warrior Goddess Fitness is a community built for women in every phase of their fitness journey. Weather you are a Goddess who is just finding her path into the health and fitness or a Goddess who is looking for a bit of guidance and inspiration, you are in the right spot.
If you are new to your fitness journey or just feeling a little lost in your wellness journey, then you should start with the Warrior Foundations program. This 4-week program is designed to help you build a strong foundation for your health and wellness. Consistency is the key to success in your health and wellness journey, and to be consistent you need to know where to start and how to build a strong foundation! With the internet and social media “experts” saturating the market with the newest health and fitness trends, knowing where to start can be confusing let alone being able to stay consistent.
With the Goddess Foundations program, you are going to get back to the basics. Throughout this program you will focus on three areas that are crucial in your overall health: fitness, nutrition, and emotional health. This program is not meant to be a quick fix or short-term diet, this program is to help you build a sustainable, healthy lifestyle that you can continue to evolve on.
